When We're Available
Our design consultations run Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Weekend appointments often fill up quickly, especially during wedding season, so we encourage booking ahead. For urgent requests or same-day arrangements, calling directly usually works better than email.
We typically respond to consultation requests within 24 hours, though during peak seasons (particularly April through June), it might take a bit longer. Each initial consultation takes about 45 minutes, giving us time to really understand your vision.
